iEC2Cloud

iEC2Cloud is a free iPhone application to manage your Amazon EC2 instances. You can launch, reboot and terminate instances as well as configure public IP addresses among many other features.

Just make sure that you setup your Amazon Access ID and Amazon Secret Key before you start using the application. You can do this in the access configuration screen. You will only need to do this once.
